Planning, short term or long, is an important part of
the success of any project or organization.
We understand funding is an issue. Consequently, we will gladly offer
our assistance, in all phases of any project, to help you plan for the
care of your windows. Two of
the services we offer are especially helpful in long range planning.
Site Surveys
can identify problem areas and suggest priorities, to help budget the project
over several years. Site
surveys can include one window or all of the windows in a clients
care. The windows are
photographed, identified, catalogued, and keyed to a window map. Problem areas are noted, in some
cases; causes determined, and priorities and a course of action are
suggested in a written report.
Annual
Inspections usually follow restoration work or a Site Survey, but
can be used as a preventative measure where problems are limited. Annual Inspections include: visual check of the windows
conditions, both interior and exterior; monitoring questionable areas;
and written reports.
